Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for dates of stay between the 30^th March to 1^st April, 2025 at The Whispering Pine Lodge and Black Sheep Hotels -Cabins
• The Antique pop-up event is on 30^th & 31^st March 2025.
• Bookings must be made in advance for all package inclusions to ensure availability. Black Sheep Hotels will not be held liable to ensure that these package inclusions are made available if no advance bookings have been made.
• Pet-friendly (dogs only) rooms are subject to availability and are on a chargeable basis.
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of making your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by you 15 days before arrival – full refund.
• Cancellation by you 8 – 14 days before arrival – 50% refund.
• Cancellation by you 0 – 7 days before arrival – no refund.
• Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay / reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the hotel.
