• Spa massages are for 45-minutes for two persons, once during your stay.
• * Complimentary use of the sauna is available for 20 minutes once during your stay as per standard guidelines.
• *Complimentary use of the hot-tub is available for a 30 minute session, once during your stay.
• Children and pregnant women are not allowed use of the Hotels spa facilities.
• Booking for massages and other spa facilities must be done in advance to ensure availability. Black Sheep Hotels is not responsible to ensure that these package inclusions are made available if no advance bookings have been made.
• Pet-friendly (dogs only) rooms are subject to availability and are on a chargeable basis.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by you 15 days before arrival – full refund.
• Cancellation by you 8-14 days before arrival – 50% refund.
• Cancellation by you 0-7 days before arrival – no refund.
• Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay/reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the Hotel.
