Enjoy complimentary 2-hour boating excursion or a guided tour of a working Highland farm in collaboration with Black Sheep Adventures.
Enjoy a late check-out till 13:00 hrs, subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions:

Valid for stay from 1^st to 31^st March 2025.
Bookings must be made in advance for all package inclusions to ensure availability. Black Sheep Hotels will not be held liable to ensure that these package inclusions are available if no advance bookings have been made.
Complimentary use of the sauna will be for 20 minutes, as per standard guidelines, only once during your stay.
Complimentary use of the hot-tub will be for a 30 minute session, only once during your stay. Please reserve your slots in advance.
Children and pregnant women are not allowed use of the Hotels spa facilities.
Pet-friendly (dogs only) rooms are subject to availability and are on a chargeable basis.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of making your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by you 15 days before arrival – full refund.
Cancellation by you 8 – 14 days before arrival – 50% refund.
Cancellation by you 0 – 7 days before arrival – no refund.
Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay / reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the hotel.
