Bookings for all packages must made via phone or email at least 35 days in advance and will be subject to confirmation by the 3^rd party vendors.
Activities are subject to 3^rd party rules / regulations and guidelines. The hotel will endeavour to provide all information required at the time of booking.
Guests are expected to bring their required gear for each activity, unless the same has been provided for by the vendor which will be mention at the time of confirmation.
Refunds for cancellation caused due to weather conditions / force majeure will be at the discretion of the Hotel Manager and will be made only after suitable alternatives have been provided.
Partial cancellations will not be allowed and no refunds will be applicable.
Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay / reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the Hotel and 3^rdparty vendors.
