Whispering Pine Cabins are available for a minimum of 3 nights stay.

Amenities in the Lodges

  • Living Room: Comfortable family seating, gas operated fireplace and 55” U-HD 4 K television with freesat channels.
  • 3 Bedrooms: Sleeps 6. 1 en-suite super king bedroom and 2 bedrooms with zip and link beds.
  • Bathrooms: 1 en-suite and 1 common, with showers and underfloor heating.
  • Kitchen: Fully functional kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, gas range.
  • Parking: Dedicated parking available close to the cabin, please ask Reception for details at check-in.
  • Iron and Ironing Board.
  • Bed Linen, bathrobes and bath linen provided.
  • Central heating throughout the cabin.
  • Non-Smoking and use of E-cigarettes not permitted.
  • Free Wi-Fi access with limited bandwidth
  • Entertainment: Board games, puzzles, playing cards and books.

Although the cabins do not have accessible rooms and facilities, we can assist with a reservation at The Whispering Pine Lodge where these facilities are available.

Reservations

Reservations and enquiries can be made online, by phone or email. All requests are subject to availability and you will receive a confirmation from the hotel. Please ensure that our staff are made aware of any special requests or requirements and we will all do our best to help.

When you arrive

We have special parking facilities right next to our hotel entrance. Please inform the Duty Manager when you are close to the hotel and we will be delighted to collect your luggage from your car and deliver it to your room.
Our reception staff will be able to advise you about the room facilities and access to the bedrooms and public areas of the hotel.

Dog friendly cabin

Dogs are always welcome at the cabin and we would appreciate if the guidelines below can be followed.

  • Reservations and enquiries can be made by phone or e-mail.
  • As the dog-friendly rooms are subject to availability all bookings made via the web-site or via 3rd party online booking agents will need to be re-confirmed by the hotel.
  • A maximum of one dog will be accepted per room.
  • Specific dog bedrooms will be allocated during your stay and guests are requested to bring their dogs food and basket or rug to sleep on. Dogs are not allowed on the hotel beds or furniture.
  • We always ask that dogs be accompanied and request guests to please control the noise made so that it does not disturb our other guests. Dogs that constitute a nuisance to other guests may subject their owners to additional charges for loss of revenue (up to and including the cost of a guest stay).
  • We request that guests do not leave their dogs alone in the room for long durations and request that they put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door if the dog is in the room alone. The hotel will not be responsible for dogs getting loose.
  • Please be informed that, with the exception of “Seeing Eye Dogs,” dogs are only allowed in the designated areas of the hotel. Detailed information can be obtained from the hotel at the time of booking.
  • In consideration to staff, children and other guests we request that dogs are kept on a leash at all times when not in the room.
  • Dogs must be walked in the designated area provided outside the hotel we request that guests pick up immediately after their dog.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit or debit card provided at the time of making the booking for any damage that may be caused to the room during your stay or post departure.

Terms & Conditions

Reservations

  • Each cabin sleeps 6 people. Extra persons can be accommodated at an additional charge of 50 G.B.P per night. Prior information must be provided at the time of making the reservation.
  • The cabin may be booked for a minimum duration of 3 nights.
  • Bookings will be accepted from persons 21 years and above.
  • Children between the ages of 0 – 2 years are accommodate at no extra charge. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
  • A full deposit of your accommodation charges will be taken at the time of booking.
  • The guest has no right to sub-let the cabin or permit more than the agreed number of persons to occupy it.

Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in time: 3pm until 10pm. Guests are expected to check-in at the Hotel Reception Desk.
Check- out time: Guests are expected to check-out by 11:00 am

  • If the cabin is not claimed and occupied within 24 hours of the due time of arrival, due to travel related delays, work or health reasons, the booking may be forfeited, unless a prior special arrangement has been made in writing and acknowledged by the Reservations Department.
  • Non-Arrival: In the event that the guest does not show up (No show) and no notification of cancellation has been received, the entire deposit amount paid at the time of making the booking will be retained.

Cancellation policy:
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 0 – 14 days 100% Charge.
  • 15 – 29 days 50% charge.
  • Before 30 Days no charge.

General Terms & Conditions

  • The cabin is a self-catered unit and there will be no cleaning done during your stay. In case the duration of your stay is for more than a week, a weekly cleaning will be done and fresh linen will be provided. Alternatively, Housekeeping Facilities can be made available at G.B.P 25 / hour with prior information.
  • The Cabin is a “Non-Smoking” establishment across all areas and ecigarettes are also not permitted. A dedicated smoking area located outside the Hotel, is provided for your convenience. Any smoking within the cabin will result in a charge of a minimum of £100 to the card provided at the time of making your reservation. This charge may also be applied should any damage due to smoking be found subsequent to your departure. If the smoke results in the cabin being unable to be used by the next customer, the full rental rate for one night will be charged.
  • You agree to leave the cabin in a clean condition, just as you would expect to find it on your arrival. It is necessary to inform the Reception about your time of departure so that we may inspect the accommodation to ensure that there are no damages. If this information is not provided and we are unable to inspect the cabin prior to your departure we reserve the right to charge the card provided at the time of making the reservation, for any damage to the property or its contents, items missing, or shortage found post your departure as well. This amount will be informed to you before the charges are levied.
  • Non-Arrival: In the event that the guest does not show up (No show) and no notification of cancellation has been received, the entire deposit amount paid at the time of making the booking will be retained.
  • We reserve the right to expel a resident for damaging the property, conduct that is detrimental to the well-being or comfort of the neighbors. In such cases no refunds will be given.
  • Guests must acquaint themselves with the safety precautions against fire inside, outside and the whereabouts of the fire points.
